I recently purchased 52 and 56 to practice with in an attempt to reduce my wedge compliment to 3 so I can get a 5 wood in the bag (gap between 3H and 3W hurts me on par 5's).

Ihave a 54-11 (bent to 55-12), 58-12, 60-07 and 64-07. I use the 54,58 and 64 for various sand shots and from grassy lies for pitching and chipping. I use the 60 for tight lies within 50 yards and hard packed bunkers. If you have a 56-12 vs a 58-12 as a sand wedge.. the 56 would require less effort to extract out of a bunker.

Wedges50/54/58 or 52/56/60? First world dilemma here but looking for some other folks thoughts. I got an MG3 out of a tournament and I have credit as well with my pro shop. So I picked up a set of MG3’s 52/56/60 for less than $200 cdn so I’m happy. I got thinking afterwards that my 770 pw (46d) is usually good for 140.
